HSE Manager

We are looking for talent for
HSE Leader/Manager
for the company that manufactures shrink sleeve labels, spouted pouches and label- application machines with details:

Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
Supports the Factory Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects.
Performs Risk Assessment.
Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
Assists the Sales, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.
Carries out any in- house safety training.
Carries out safety audits on Sub- contractors.
Supports the Factory Management in the HSE Management System standard issue.
Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs.
Takes part in accident / incident investigation.
Supports the Factory Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
Participates to HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Analysis) meetings prior to procurement and installation activities.
Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders.

15 years experience working in factory environment
Have certificate of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP
Company provides shuttle bus service for candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong province
Bachelor Degree/Engineer in Industry/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
