HSE Manager - Bac Ninh Plant (Chemical)

Develop and monitoring an annual HSE Auditing Plan as corporate requirement.
Develop the HSE competency of managers.
Developing annual training plan.
Revise HSE procedures to meet corporate requirement and submit for approval. Identify high risk activities, reviewing control measure to the risk at acceptable level and monitoring control measure implementation.
Lead in reviewing HSE auditing results to establish HSE improvement plan. Lead self- assessment audit, risk assessment and participate in hazard study teams.
Develop HSE improvement plan and assigned the actions to the relevant persons in charge.
Contribute to the HSE strategy.
Ensure completion of annual HSE compliance gaps and review the system to comply with specialist audit.
Ensure the robustness of the auditing system within company areas at acceptable quality.
Maintenance of a thorough knowledge of all HSE systems and requirements. Leverage HSE expertise to support own unit and others.
Build up HSE culture for all employees.
Lead all incident investigation which happened at the factory follow the proposed corrective action and assure the quality of implementation taken.
Along with line management, spend time on the shop floor and act as a role model for ensuring compliance with and commitment to the company&039;s HSE Policy, including its risk tolerance criteria.
Participating in conducting training for critical HSE procedures and validation for understanding.
Guide line management to deliver HSE policy, set the culture and manage hazards.

Strong motivational and influencing effectiveness skills.
05 years experienced in similar position for manufacturing MNCs.
Very good verbal and written English language skills.
University graduated, referred major or knowledge and experience in Safety / Environment / Social Accountability / Management system ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 or SA 8000 is preferable.
Good knowledge of HSE management system and relevant local legislation.
