HSE Manager

• Work with logistic department to ensure that all Raw Materials must be available of MSDS included Vietnamese MSDS for high concern/ hazardous raw material.
• Investigate incident and accident at site; follow up corrective & preventive actions to avoid the reoccurrence from similar case.
• Issue Personal protected equipment to the employees and correct way to prevent occupational health.
• Monitor and check safe items at site (equipment, behavior) to guarantee safe working conditions for all the employees.
• Communicate incident/ accident that had happened to the employees to enhance their awareness, perform preventable actions.
• Drive on investigation of and report site Incidents to the director of division. Conduct investigations and report all internal incidents (including lost time injuries, restricted work cases, and medical treatments) for the purpose of sharing lessons learned.
• Strive for zero injury and zero accident.
• Check and report to head of all department heads about problems relevant HSE, re- act situation and follow up correct & preventive action.
• Comply HSE local requirements by frequent Monitoring of waste water, waste solid; giving a written answer or the reports to local authority about requirements that related to HSE.
• Train for all the employees and the contractors about HSE to enhance their HSE awareness.
• Assess for safety and health, evaluate environmental aspect/ impact for all departments annually and update follow direct Manager instruction.
• Build up safety culture to all employees to ensure no any incidents/accident happened relevant to HSE&S issues.
