HSE Officer

Make sure that Lockout Tag out is followed on equipment maintenance or breakdown
Work with government agencies on matters related to Occupational Safety and Health
Perform regular inspections of site/areas for improvement opportunities and compliance
Develops and monitors plant safety rules and regulations in accordance with plant guidelines and in compliance with governmental regulations and laws in Occupational safety and health. Maintains the plant safety records and files.
Record and report accidents or workplace non- conformances of HSE rules/policy, including action taken to prevent recurrence
Provides and management of plant safety programs in order to maintain safe and healthful working conditions.
Coordinate with Firefighting Police Department and relevant Dapartment to Periodical test all the firefighting system (automatic fire alarm, fire sprinkler system, fire pump …), firefighting equipment (fire extinguisher, hose reel, …) and perform firefighting and prevention exercise
Responsible for Process safe storage, disposal of hazardous materials/waste
Conducts random safety audits and periodic safety inspections. Prepares responses to inspections/audits and manages correction of any noted deficiencies.
Establishes and maintains good employee relations and documents safety issues brought up by employees. Follows up with answers to safety issues and corrective actions put into place. Initiates, reviews, masters, and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility
Ensure all obligated training courses about safety are conducted
Makes sure that everyone is using the proper PPE (personal protective equipment) daily
Responsible for coordinating and committing resources for all emergency response measures, including those identified in the facility’s emergency response contingency plant.
Address any safety violations with offending employee and make reports too
Other task will be assigned by Manager

Education: BA in Environment science or technical fields
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Microsoft Office Suite, internet, etc
Ability and enthusiasm to learn about new areas and willingness to contribute to a dynamic team
