HSE Officer cum Maintenance AssistantUrgent job

EHS management:
- Take control of document, certificates for team as well as for equipment.
- Prepare & submit all reports to related authorities as required by laws.
- Set up and manage factory safety, health & environment policy including but not limited to firefighting activities, occupational health management in order to meet the government’s regulations & Head quarter standard.
Managing spare part store:
- Updating re-order point. Make sure spare part always available for maintenance as per the stock plan.
- Update Good Received Note and Good Delivery Note, Checking inventory,
- Work with Pro & Maint team to control consumable material & spare part to make sure all available for production & maintenance.
- Manage layout & 5S in stores.
ISO documentations preparation & management:
- Work with Maintenance section to support them to make ISO docs, checksheet, Maintenance SOP and prepare necessary procedures for receiving internal and/or external audits.
Other tasks:
- Support Pro & Maint team making Paperwork: Purchase requirement & Payment requirement for Dept
- Update all KPIs of Maintenance section according to timeline
- Other tasks as assigned by Pro & Maint Manager.
All above tasks always be sent report on time to Pro & Maint Manager.

- Strong communication skills and Excellent at MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Hard working and progressive & careful, detail-oriented.
- Can use English in daily communication is an advantage.
- The candidate must have technical background.
- At least two years working experience in EHS management. And understanding well about EHS regulations system in factory is a must.
- Having knowledge about ISO management especially in food safety such as ISO 22000, ISO 9001 is preferable.
