HSE Officer

- Monitor, maintain and implement CPY/CTR HSEQ integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001) at worksite.
- Conduct and coordinate with CPY HSE in incident / accident reporting and investigations report for any incident case.
- Collect and check all employee’s certification, medical check- up. Ensure the competence personnel have qualified and attended all required training course as CPY requirement.
- Conduct and review the monthly safety report and follow up with the corrective actions to eliminate the hazards.
- Set up and coordinate with CPY HSE in HSE inspection/ Audit Plan.
- Review and consult corrective and preventive action for all findings of internal & external audit.
- Conduct HSE Daily report, Weekly report and monthly report as per Project requirement.
- Conduct daily PTW audit at site, ensure all actives follow up PTW requirement.
- Set up and implement the approved Emergency Drill Plan.
- Inspect all equipment and certification before mobilize to the plant and before start working.
- Conduct daily Tool Box Meeting, Weekly HSE Mass Meeting with all employees, ensure all employees aware all CPY safety requirement before start the work.
- Develop the Safety training program for employees.
- Prepare and organize HSE implement program, risk assessment and JSA for maintenance activities.
- Conduct daily site inspection/ visits/ audits.
- Monitor and conduct the safety training courses to raise the safety awareness of personnel.
- Collect and reporting the Observation Card Program. Update the Observation Card analysis and reporting to CPY/CTR HSE Dept.
Be available at the petrochemical plants 24h/7d, including weekends, holidays, etc. to handle technical situations arising during the operation of the petrochemical plants.

- Strong leadership, problem solving, excellent technical and management skills are required.
- Experience in incident reporting and investigation.
- Experience in Oil & Gas Industrial, Heavy/ Petrochemical Industrial or Related Industries: 05 07 years.
- Supervising experience in Oil & Gas Industrial, Heavy/Petrochemical Industrial or Related Industries: At least 05 years as HSE Officer/HSE Supervisor.
- Graduated at least Bachelor/ Engineer degree
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English
- Supervision and control HSE of Maintenance team and Subcontractor activities at site.
- Must have experience in developing and implement the HSE Plan / Procedure for maintenance activities, the Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively control schedule, concise execution of plans, integrity and strong communication skills. Strong customer relation management skills are a must.
- Experience in conducted and implemented HSE instructions/training for maintenance employees.
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Experience in managing health, safety, security and environment activities at site.
- Proficient in CMMS (Maximo/SAP or similar...), MS Office.
- Must have knowledge in HSEQ Management System (ISO, OSHAS, Nebosh …), in LOTO system.
