Safety

Set up HSE working instruction & daily checklist to related Dept
To conduct the training for Fire Brigade by weekly
To manage and supervise safety at Public areas through co- ordination with security
Flow chart analysis and Significant risk identification, assessment, communication & consultation
Conducting regular inspection of all fire- fighting equipment such as fire pumps, hydrants, extinguishers, etc. and holding fire drills
Co- ordinate with Production and Employee Relationship to maintain 5S’ program.
Establishing and documenting health and safety measures and practices.
Checking fire tools by monthly
Support Production team to do safety training on Site.
Putting in place signage, instruments and equipment that will eliminate incidence of accident and health hazards.
Record and report accidents or workplace non- conformances of HSE rules/policy, including action taken to prevent recurrence.

Environmental

Responsible for evaluating compliance to industry standards, environmental restrictions and health & safety of every department through regular audit and site inspections.
Responsible for safe storage, disposal of hazardous materials/waste
Co- ordinate with appropriate authority and Maintenance Department operate and maintain for Wastewater treatment system.

Health

Planning for General Health Check up/Professional Health Check up annually
Following/checking the daily health report from Clinic and medicines checking....
To conduct the Environmental working Measurement
Taking the sample for water testing by quarterly
Annually checking on water drinking machine
Checking canteen by daily/monthly on Food safety

Knowledge in Vietnamese labor law in term of Safety and Environment, Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene.
Knowledge on Safety, Health and Environment, Auditing.
License & Certificate: ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 or HSE management systems is highly preferred
Communicate in English
Knowledge of training & OJT
Education & Major: Environmental background or Occupational Safety and Health...
Knowledge of production operations & 5S
