Hse Senior Engineer

- Provide expert advice with respect to conditions of service, duties and responsibilities, and privileges and entitlements under the company’s rules and regulations.
- Conduct all incident investigation and analysis and verify documentation.
- Establish safety, health and environment procedures to achieve the performance standards, targets and all obligations of the O&M Agreement
- Implement and monitor project management and safety, health and environment in compliance with Van Phong 1 Thermal power plant’s requirement.
- Make daily inspection rounds to observe and guide personnel in safe work practices and methods.
- Preparing and maintaining permits, facility reports and documentation for environmental requirements
- Collecting, monitoring and analyzing facility environmental performance data to anticipate potential problems and recommend solutions and/or prevention activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fluent orals and written in English and Vietnamese
- College graduated or above (Major: Safety, Environmental, Science, Engineering, Construction or related fields)
- Exceptional computer skills.
- Detailed knowledge of Vietnamese HSE statutory requirements is essential.
- At least 6-year experience in Energy industry or Chemical industry or Power plants.
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate staff
- l Field Safety : 5 years (Required).
- Must demonstrate recent and in-depth expertise in infrastructure projects
- High-level communication and management skills
- Ability to design and deliver training to all levels of an organization
