** The primary purpose of this role is to provide expertise and support in health, safety, and environment issues for manufacturing activities at the factory in order to support the delivery of a safety culture and performance.
** This role is responsible for developing the systems and skills and supporting the culture at the factory to provide a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, which ensures regulatory compliance and adheres to HSE management systems through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives/plans and gap assessment.
Role Description
HSE Strategy & Planning
HSE Systems and Technical Advice
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements for HSE, and advise the factory of any changes or updates as required.
Lead the team to develop and build up HSE procedures/SOPs and monitor the implementation.
Engage in a relationship with the Safety Department from the government and relevant stakeholders.
Identify, translate, and promote best practices at the factory and in the factory/annual plan.
Align the Safety customer target and drive the team to get the performance.
Participate in training from the customer and group to identify key goals and targets for the safety matter.
HSE Incident Management
Timely reporting of SKPI for the labor accident
Working with relevant departments to develop plans to mitigate such risks and minimize the labor accidents
Support team members to ensure HSE incidents are effectively investigated to identify root cause(s).
Permit to work:
Lead permit to work and control potentially hazardous work activities.
Behavioral Safety & Culture
Actively participate in the development and implementation of activities designed to engage employees in improving HSE outcomes and culture.
Enhance the effect on production team awareness and compliance, not limited to HSE processes including LTIFR/LTIIR/SR, HIRA, Root Cause Analysis, LOTOTO, PPE Assessments, Behavior- Based Safety, Ergonomics, Permit to Work, Contractor Safety Management, Supplier Safety Management, Emergency Procedure and Practice, etc.
