HSE Specialist

- Working as ISO Specialist to build and control HSE documents aligns with SGS Group policies, guidelines, directives and applicable local legislative requirements for ensure effective implementation program with HSE Manager.
- Inspecting and supervising SGS laboratory and Site, departments implementation of processes, regulations, regulations, work instructions, forms.
- Conducting and planning the internal audits.
- Coordinating and supporting HSE departments and Divisions in drafting processes, regulations, 5S implementing, work instructions, SOP etc. Updating, reviewing and editing HSE documents according to ISO 45001; ISO 14001 standards
- Ensuring the updating with changes to the ISO System as the request of the Managements Board. Support preparing data for Management Review Overall in charge of Global APP on Safety (Bright- Miles, Intelex, Fire Safety …) driving on training and deploying
- Representatives of HSE/OI Department to communicate with other departments and Business Unit about new standards, requirements, procedures and guidelines (if any).
- Receiving evaluations from the audit parties, 3rd parties. Preparing and organizing the necessary documents and materials.
- Preparing the necessary documents for specific assessment. (HSE Campaign, Audit with Outline).
- Developing regulations related to sanctions for violations of standards (According to each level).

- Preference will be given to the TIC, manufacturing, E&C
- Proficient in the use of computers and office applications
- Educational background in Business Administration, Quality Management, Health and Safety, English Languages
- Good at English
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000, 45000, 14000 implementing
- 3 year relevant professional work experience in similar position
