Main responsibilities:
- Improve health and safety guidance, procedure, safety board, safety signature
- Improve HSE conditions
- In charge of safety risk assessment & control the equipment under the legal verification.
- Comply with the company&039;s regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health
- Follow the EHS rules and the inspection of relative bureau
- Identification and elimination of Unsafe Act (UA), Unsafe Conditions (UC) and Near Misses (NM) in the plant, incident investigation, make sure all the corrective, preventive actions done effectively.
- Analysis of HSE impacts
- Ensure law compliance of plant and for external service suppliers
- Implement other allowable tasks assigned by Manager/Leader.
- Maintain the standard as per applicable certification and law.

• Have experience about safety patrol, safety tour, recording UC, UA, Safety managing at workplace, contractor’s safety….
• Good at English 4 skills & Microsoft Offices
• Have more than 3 years experience of HSE responsible in the manufacturing & multi- national companies
• Basic analytical skills (5W1H; 5 WHY; Pareto; Heinrich Pyramid ...)
• Mastery of HSE rules and regulations, law, standards
