HSE Supervisor

Monitor corrective actions to ensure problems are prevented.
Monitor and ensure equipment is checked before operation/use.
Monitor and ensure safe driving compliance of all drivers and contractors
Records and controls all accidents, incidents and environment issues, including, fires, spillage, emissions, injuries, deaths and their potential risks.
Ensures proper vehicle flow.
Together with related departments Develop safety regulations at the workplace.
Ensure work steps are carried out safely according to approved procedures and risks are fully considered
Check and ensure all work have a risk assessment to prevent incidents before starting work.
Implement to train labor occupational and hygiene for all staffs
Ensures safety and environment protection in the facilities
Minimize impact on operations when not necessary.
Monitor and ensure safe driving compliance of all drivers and contractors
Monthly, summarize the number of safety reports and update them to the Plant Manager, HSE Manager.
Other tasks assigned if requirement

- Good health, High sense of independence, control and responsibility
- Graduating from Universities of Environment, Safety….
- Ability to work in difficult environment with high pressure
- Attractive package including shuttle transportation from pick up points at Vung Tau, Dong Nai or HCMC.
- Priority to candidates living in Ba Ria- Vung Tau, near BRVT, Dong Nai area or HCM City
- Male/Female
- English : Fluent in communicate and understand English in daily work.
- As least 4 years experience in the same position.
