HSE Supervisor

What will you do:
• Plan/ Coordinate/ Conduct HSE programs/ trainings/ activities;
• Comply/ adhere all matters related to Health, Safety & Environment;
• Advise on specialist areas such as fire precautions and control of hazardous substances;
• Liaise with clients/ contractors/ government authorities;
• Investigate accidents and finding ways to prevent them happening again;
• Perform site inspections/ audit and ensure safe methods & comprehensive job safety analysis (JSAs);
• Continuously evaluate HSE program implementation and develop/ guide improvement;
• Establish/ Implement/ Promote safety compliance program;
• Directly reports to a construction manager and an onsite HSE Manager.
• Advise managers on how to comply with health and safety laws;
• Manage work permit system;

• Exposure in brown projects in highly PREFERRED;
• Highly self- motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity;
• Having experience in industrial construction projects is a MUST;
• Having a certificate of OHS;
• Diploma / Degree in Health, Safety and Environmental Engineering or any relevant qualification;
• Good in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written);
• Minimum 7 years working experience in the field of HSE;
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
