HSE Supervisor

We accept the cadidates onboard after receiving TET BONUS in the current company.
This position will work independently and report to HR Manager, detail task as below:

In charge of monitoring environmental records, occupational safety, and health, handling environmental complaints and dealing with labor accidents according to law.
Monitoring Security duty in timely, daily and record.
Establish and order safety signs / labels in the factory.
Daily HSE patrol.
Investigate occupational accidents and assist workers in dealing with occupational accidents.
Determine the hazards, toxic factors of the work area, of the machinery to provide timely preventive measures and post warnings.
Report on HSE every 6 months to the Labor Inspectorate, this is the Department of Labor Safety and Hygiene.
Understand and improve the issues related to occupational safety that affect workers.
Check the company&039;s environmental inspections.
Provide the professional measures against technical problems.
Plan firefighting and firefighting training annually.
Strict, occupational safety and health training, general safety training for employees.
Handle labor accident issues
Management system 45001:2018, 14001:2015, SA8000.
Receiving firefighting police delegation inspection periodically 03 months 01 times
Responsible for inspection and improvement of HSE related issues of the plant (electrical safety, fire safety)
Contact outside agencies to verify equipment with strict requirements, environmental tests.
Waste management and make a hazardous waste report twice a year to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in province.
Plan an occupational safety and health (OS&H) for one year. Include the required equipment inspection work.
Keep up- to- date legal documents on OS&H, Environment.
Chemical safety management.
Training (Environmental health safety, machinery safety, PPE labor protection ...)

Must have proven experience and successful execution of environmental, safety and health/hygiene aspects at least 4 years in manufacturing companies is required.
English 4 skills
Have knowledge of international standard
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, knowledge in buildup regulation, SOP, WI in assignment duty
Computer Skills about MS
Preferably experience in an international environment / organization
Knowledge about ISO 14000 / ISO 45000.
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
