HSE Supervisor on Vietnam Factory in Binh Duong Site

Specifically, this role will:
•Maintain regulatory compliance with government and customer regulations related to HSE
•Cooperate with HR and related departments for the establishment of HSE system and policies, procedures to align with customer standard and law requirement and monitor the implementation
•Prepare internal inspection reports for submission to management and related departments on identifying the potential hazard(s) and providing recommendations for control and compliance
•Advise employees, supervisors, and management on safe work practices and potential hazards
•Lead and assist plant’s personnel with HSE issues
•Investigate and resolve HSE issues related to employees
•Responsible for dealing with external auditors, responsibility for developing corrective and preventive action plan and tracking to follow up
•Develop HSE strategies, goals and plans with customer requirements and company policies
•Work closely with all departments to ensure the strict implementation of all HSE policies and procedures
•Plan and lead the various HSE activities for the years
•Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
•Participate and assist safety officers in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions and guide to handle worker’s compensation claims
•Ensure proper inspection and maintenance of fire protection equipment and emergency response activities
•Combine with other depts to conduct risk assessment for all departments in factory
•Assign and control HSE staff - monitor by weekly report
•Other tasks assigned by direct managers
