Develop and deliver internal training in health, safety, and security for all staff
Manage EHSS activities to ensure the Company complies with EHSS regulations as well as internal environmental policies. These activities may include: identifying risks or areas for improvement, conducting safety audits and on- site inspections to identify workplace hazards, investigating environmental incidents and preparing reports and recommendations, implementing waste management programs, controlling the performance of occupation safety and hygiene in accordance with the law, customers’ requirement; Investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future;
Follow up with the concerned departments for checking the safety and hygiene standards in the sites/Distribution Centers/offices as well as drinking water samples;
Co- ordinate with the Facility technician to conduct the monthly checking of fire extinguishers as well as the periodic fire evacuation drills;
Conduct SHE program: Gemba walk, toolbox meeting, 5s…or other tasks from the Manager
Guide safety operation standards, regulations, and measures relating to occupational safety and hygiene to workers;
Co- ordinate with other outside training providers to arrange the outside training courses as prescribed by law in the environment, health, security, and safety for staff such as Fire Fighting and Prevention course, First Aid Training courses, Safety Training courses;
Set up the labor safety manual and instructions and ensure follow- up;
Implement, oversee and adapt policies and programs to improve the Company’s environmental, health, security, and safety performance, ensuring it complies with regulations and standards.
Conduct internal & external audits ISO 9001, 14001, 45001

1- Highly motivated, Problem- solving skills;
Background from EHS in Logistics/Manufactory industry;
3- Knowledge of safety and environment control and management
4- Knowledge of 3PL, Warehouse operations is a plus.

To have ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 knowledge
7- Illustrate the ability to listen and learn
8- Illustrate the ability to work independently or proactive to drive best practices standards
6- Clear communication in English & Vietnamese
Years of experience: 4- 5 years of experience at the Supervisor level in EHS;
Educational qualifications: University Certificate majoring in Industrial/Environment is preferable
