HSE Team Leader (Trưởng nhóm Sức Khỏe An Toàn Môi Trường)

A / General scope of work:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide expertise and support in health, safety and environment issues for manufacturing activities, in order to support the delivery of a world class culture and world class performance.
This role is responsible for developing the systems, skills, and supporting the culture to provide a safe, secure and healthy work environment, which ensures regulatory compliance.
B / Main responsibilities:
· Mark hazardous areas with safety posters, hazard flashes and site safety campaign promotional materials
· Facilitate root cause analysis in case of safety emergencies and create appropriate reports to document progress
· Provide safe cover by devising and implementing health and safety programs
· Develop and implement environmental projects that focus on waste management and minimization
· Integrate health, safety and environment processes and practices into daily operations
· Risk assessment and provide/ advise solution for preventive action
· Investigate unsafe acts and situations and take measures to prevent recurrences
· Participate in routine HSE activities including corrective actions, investigations and onsite audits
· Interpret existing environmental regulations and develop plans to drive continual improvement actions
· Interface with Line Manager & project lead to understand the type of activities that will take place on a daily basis
· Serve as an HSE contact within the facility and provide leadership and technical support on HSE programs in the designated area
· Manage and maintain firefighting system and activities as per requirement from Local Law and factory standards
· Review & prepare details of safety programs according to factory safety standards and ensure timely implementation as planned

C / Experiences & skills
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Proven knowledge of continuous improvement techniques e.g. 5S principles
- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015; ISO 9001:2015, HACCP
- 2 years’ experience in EHS with proficiencies knowledge on Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Regulations
- Prefered to work in FMCG or production
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Language: English communicable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, namely Excel, Word, and Power point.
