Hse/Compliance

 Health, Safety, and Environment
- Purchase and distribute PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Check the factory working environment, yearly monitoring working environment by accredited third party / lab.
- Reporting daily HSE issues in the workplace and establish internal improvement (onsite walk through about 1-1.5 hrs every day, Make and follow up CAP, post CAP on ERP system)
 Social & Labor
- Monitor HR recruitment process (including temporary employees)
- Work with HR team and Update requirements of social and labor (local law, Buyer’s requirements)
- Involve in CSR activities
- Report and follow up working time of employees
- Check suggestion box, report the complaint to Managers, cooperate with HR & GA and consult by Top management to post answers and keep the records.
- Prepare and attend social compliance audits from authority and buyers.
- Review and draft policies to ensure in compliance with the local law, buyer’s requirement.
- Make / executive/ follow up CAP after audits.
- Investigate Labor accident, make a report to Top management, keep all the records and make payment process for medicine and others.
 Firefighting and prevention system
- Conduct or organize local law required trainings (fire safety training with fire polices, fire and rescue drill, evacuation drills)
- Prepare documents, attend in fire audit (fire polices, Buyer), make and follow CAP after audit.
- Conduct daily, monthly, periodically, and yearly inspection with the overall system, work with outsourcing contractor for maintenance.
- Manage all relevant documents of firefighting & prevention (permits, certificates, list of equipment, minutes from fire polices, training plan & records, …)
- Update requirements of fire system (local law, Buyer’s requirements)
- Report and make CAP if any issue found
 Other duty assigned by Compliance Manager

 Knowledge and Experiences
- Computer skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Intermediate English is a plus
- Graduate from College/ University or have experiences
- Good at English
- Solid knowledge about ISO, CSR, HSE, firefighting & prevention are plus
