● In charge of the business trip process for employees: Booking airline tickets, hotel, pay per diem
● Partner with other Departments to identify talent needs, develop job descriptions
● Updating and advancing Labor rules for HQ Manager
● Coordinating with Legal team and other Department to complete all the licenses for the company
● In charge of the social process for the employee
● Managing and saving all the documents of the employee: labor contract, personal documents.
● On/Off- Boarding process
● Generating internal documents: Offer letter, Probation and Official Labor Contract, Warning letter, Decision, Notification minus, etc, and make sure they fit with labor rule
● Managing the recruitment process: Posting, Scan CV, Interview schedule
● Run monthly timesheet and payroll for the whole company
● Managing compensation and benefit
● Evaluating employee performance when ending the probation period
● Creating and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, and internal documents
● Managing and making all the necessary documents for foreign employees: Work permit, visa, TRC, etc
