Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) – 40%:
In charge of timely payment of monthly PIT, allowances, incentive and other payment for employees in accordance with company policies;
Other tasks as assigned by the HR Team leader or Manager.
Prepare and timely process required reports on the labor status to DOLISA, PIT report and any other labor/Social Insurance related periodic reports as required by the law.
To apply for issuance PIT code for employees, register for dependent relief. Handle PIT declaration and finalization.
Follow up staff performance appraisal; renewal of labor contracts, update of employees’ promotion, transfer, termination and exit interview;
Handle HR Insurance including Social Insurance (Process procedures of sickness, maternity, convalescence...) and Health Insurance (Handle general healthcare insurance claims...);
Handle document processing for personnel changes in the company upon request (promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, disciplinary measure...);
Maintain & always keep up- to- date the Personnel database and employees information;
Check timekeeping and control for accuracy of timekeeping data (annual leave, compensatory leave, overtime, working hours...);
Organizational Development (OD) – 40%:
Provide guidance and training to managers on effective performance management techniques and best practices.
Support employees in understanding and utilizing the competency framework for personal and professional development.
Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Integrate competencies into various talent development processes, such as L&D activities and performance management.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and make talent development recommendations accordingly.
Implement and manage activities like Career Development and Performance Management that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives and promotes regular feedback and development opportunities.
Employee relations (ER) – 20%
Support and consult SDD / department management to make sure the compliance with rules and regulations.
Support the yearly events such as gathering, teambuilding; year- end party...
Ensure certain workplace standards are met, and employee concerns and requests are addressed.
