Perform & report HR cost &headcount periodically.
Lead and manage HR Functions to ensure HR effectiveness, efficiency
Oversee and manage the recruitment process concerning the headcount budget.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
Annually review and enhance company policies.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR procedures.
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs.
Manage full- circle payroll, social insurance & PIT, lead & oversea annual PIT Finalization.
Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Annually review and plan the HR Budget accordingly.
Administration
20%
Take care and process Working Visa, Work permits, Temporary resident card for expats.
Oversee the internal operation of administration activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
Proficient in leadership & planning skills.
Good communication skills.
Graduated from university in economics, Human Resource Management, administration, law or higher.
Understanding human resource management; Laws and regulations on labor and employment.
Efficient in English (Work with Expat).
Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
