Talent Acquisition
• Develop long- term plans for employee recruitment and development.
• Build and nurture company culture, ensuring diversity and equality in the recruitment process. Create a positive working environment, attract, and retain talented people better.
• Develop recruitment strategies, develop, and manage recruitment programs, ensuring professionalism and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
• Enhance the experience, create good relationships with candidates who have not been recruited to maintain a talented candidate file that is always available for the resort, a sustainable resource to use in many urgent cases.
• Build relationships with external recruitment partners, ensuring the quality and diversity of candidates.
Compensation & Benefit
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
• Lead and coordinate with Head of Department to develop and supervise the implementation of regulations, processes, and regulations on human resource management, salaries, and remuneration policies for employees; internal regulations, working procedures, and regulations in related fields.
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Learning & Development
• Find out the learning needs of employees: what knowledge and skills do employees want to learn and what knowledge skills do managers want to develop for their employees?
• Planning training: From the learning needs in the company, get opinions from the Board of directors (top down) and from employees (bottom up). Then plan training for 1 year or in stages.
• Classification of training programs:
- Compulsory training: Orientation training or induction training; fire protection and prevention; system training; company security regulations
- Functional skills
Organize these programs periodically and continuously to ensure employees can adapt to the job.
- Soft skills/ Leadership skills
• Implement training programs.
• Monitoring and evaluation after the course
• Support other departments: build capacity framework for each position; training and development roadmap for each employee, building an organizational chart and personnel development plan.
Employee Relation
• Creating and enforcing policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Promoting a positive company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and employee well- being.
• Act as a bridge between employers and employees, helping to resolve requests, complaints or other issues.
