Job Description
The HRM will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all human resources activities within the company, including:
Recruitment and Training:
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Develop internal training plans and collaborate with departments to enhance employee skills.
• Establish and coordinate onboarding and employee training programs.
• Implement recruitment processes for necessary positions based on the company&039;s development needs.
Policy and Process Management:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations.
• Provide guidance and advice on HR matters to the Board of Directors and relevant departments.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Management:
• Develop salary, bonus, and benefits policies.
• Manage social insurance, health insurance, and employee welfare policies.
• Review and approve payroll and benefits on a monthly basis.
Corporate Culture Management:
• Build and maintain company culture, fostering engagement among departments.
• Support conflict resolution to create a positive and effective working environment.
• Organize HR activities, team- building events, and internal company events.
Administrative and HR Management:
• Assist in organizing logistics for internal events and company activities.
• Develop and manage administrative processes.
• Monitor attendance, labor contracts, and employee records.
• Oversee office assets and equipment to ensure a comfortable working environment.
Support for the Board of Directors:
• Provide recommendations and solutions to optimize HR operations.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Board of Directors and other departments.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
• Skills: HR management, communication, negotiation, leadership.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• Knowledge: Labor laws and HR- related regulations.
• Attitude: Detail- oriented, flexible, responsible, and improvement- driven.
• Experience: At least 3 years as an HRM or HRBP in an agency, event, marketing, or small- to- medium enterprise environment.

Other Information:
• Probation: 2 months.
• Working hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM- 6:00 PM (flexible hours).
