Human Resource Manager | Hospitality

Oversee and manage all facets of human resources, including:
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director or Board of Directors.
Compensation & Benefits: Establish and monitor the implementation of salary structures, compensation policies, and benefits packages. Manage monthly payroll, insurances, and other employee benefits.
Develop the Human Resources department&039;s budget.
Recruitment: Create the annual recruitment plan and oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, in collaboration with hiring departments.
Prepare monthly reports for the HR Director of the Group and the Board of Directors.
Culture Development: Cultivate and strengthen organizational culture to ensure consistency across the group in line with the company&039;s values.
Training & Talent Development: Plan and facilitate training activities based on the specific needs of each hotel. Develop and execute the company&039;s succession plan.
Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between the company and its employees by cultivating a supportive work environment, enhancing staff satisfaction and engagement, and resolving workplace conflicts.
HR Policy & Procedure: Develop all HR policies and procedures in alignment with company regulations and ensure adherence to them.
Job Requirements:
In- depth knowledge of labor law and insurance law.
Familiarity with hotel procedures and regulations.
Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
High integrity and adherence to policies and procedures.
Strong problem- solving, leadership, influencing, persuading, and interviewing skills.
