Human Resource Manager

Negotiations and reports with the government and labor unions.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
Procedures related to employment of foreign employees;
Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
Managing the recruitment and selection process;
Employee management (attendance, employment contract...etc);
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management; Design, maintenance, and operation of internal regulations;
Planning and organizing company events;

Years of experiences: At least 7 years of relevant working experiences, and 3 years of experience for HR Manager;
Business level of English or Japanese skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
In- depth knowledge of labor law and related law & policies;
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;

Nice to Have:

Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
Worked in Japanese companies and IT field;
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
Installing new systems, or software for the business.
Business level of Japanese skills;
