Job Overview:
A human resource officer is a professional who completes administrative duties for the human resources department of an organization. They assist HR managers with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to the board of management and all employees.
Responsibilities:
Look after the health, safety and welfare of all employees. Ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Manage and track incoming/ outgoing letters & packs. Support in managing the company properties.
Make sure that staff get paid correctly & on time.
Provide general administrative support to the board of management.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Implement effective onboarding & offboarding plans.
Plan and implement the company activities such as team building, staff parties for better connection between the board of management & employees.
Maintain employee records (attendance, time off, annual leave, etc.) according to policy & legal requirements.
Advise line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer&039;s own employment policies and procedures.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure the workplace landscape.
Maintain confidentiality of personnel records.

Monday to Friday: 8AM – 5:30PM
Lunch break 12:00 – 1:30PM
