Human Resource Supervisor - Colorkey Meishang Cosmetics Vietnam (Colorkey BRAND)

Keep all HR database and information confidentially, prepare all kinds of analysis report that related with HR field, such as payroll report, and recruitment, turnover rate, organization chart renewal, etc;
Others issues arranged by top management.
Manage all issues related with office Administration, maintain office facilities safety, provide a clean & well- organized working environment for all staff;
Ensure HR’s policies are well developed, recorded and implemented in accordance with the Company’s vision, mission and strategies as well as Labor law and other regulations by government, such as social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, trade union.. ect.;
Execute all HR related functions: recruitment, training plan, C&B, employee relationship, performance appraisal, etc.
Make yearly HR plan (HC, payroll, training, etc) for the whole Vietnam team to support business growth;

- Understanding of labor law and related issues;
- Minimum 5 years of HR related experience, recruiting experience would be preferred;
- Good communication skills with can- do attitude. Detailed orientation. Careful and well- management.
- Fluent English, knowing Chinese is an advantage;
