Human Resource Team Leader

* HRBP TeamLead
Employee relations: Manages employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Compensation and benefits: An HRBP is responsible for designing and administering compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
HR analytics: Analyzes HR data to identify trends and insights that inform HR strategies and decision- making
Diversity and inclusion: Creates and implements initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Organizational design: Analyzes and recommends changes to the organization&039;s structure to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Strategic planning: Be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies that support the organization&039;s goals and objectives.
* HR Specialist (general): 02 HC with Chinese requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- At least 2- 3 years of working experience as HR/Recruitment/ /C&B/ER at manufacturing environment at MNC company
- Must have good Chinese and English is a plus.
- Have experience in Electronics industry is a plus.
