Summary:
HR cum Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes, and provide effective administrative support to all departments. Cultivate and maintain a positive work environment between management and employees within the organization.
Working location: Ba Ria- Vung Tau (Provide shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City)
Key Accountabilities:
HR Operations
Communicate and work with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, facilitate inspections and reporting as necessary.
Ensure accurate and up- to- date employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, commendations, promotions, warnings, and any disciplinary actions taken.
Manage and execute HR operational activities specific to the coffee factory, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, leave management and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
Employee Relations
Manage the communication and implementation of documents, announcements, policies from the company&039;s management to employees.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Provide interpretation and guidance on human resources policies and employment law.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Administrative & Asset Management
Supervise the Receptionist cum Admin Executive to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Oversee the management of company assets, including equipment, supplies, and facilities,
Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial records.
Implement processes for asset tracking, maintenance, and inventory control.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including document management and correspondence.
HR Business Partnering
Ensure performance objectives of each Department align with organizational objectives
Implement performance management processes, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance- related matters.
Provide advice to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Recruitment and Selection
Manage the recruitment and selection process for non- managerial positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assess candidates&039; qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
Oversee the onboarding process and ensure new employees receive necessary training and orientation.
