Your Responsibilities are:
I ensure human management practices comply with company policy.
I take care of employee relations with a win- win approach for both teammates and the company.
I do the mapping of soft & management competencies to boost the Career development of teammates.
I provoke and facilitate changes in the team. I accompany the team for necessary changes in organizational structures, policies, and processes...
I facilitate team members’ satisfaction & work on relevant activities to increase happiness and retain talents.
I develop the autonomy in human management of Team Leaders with support but also high demanding level.
I support other activities initiated by the People team to implement in the partnering team.
I am the trusted source of advice for human topics to the Business Units I am in charge of.
I accompany and advise Team leaders to ensure the principles of the Total Rewards package is applied in the team.
I promote the Company culture of my team and the spirit of a “team of teams”.
I utilize smart channels to attract the right talents to the team, support the team in the offering, and follow up with them for good integration.
I work with the team leaders on human planning and the development of management of tomorrow. (succession planning)
I coordinate with relevant parties for the best co- building, implementation, sharing, and also the improvement of all the HR strategies, policies, processes, and solutions of my team as a part of the Company.
