Responsibilities and Duties:
As the role of HRBP, you will be fully in charge for:
Collaborate with managers on performance management and employee development goals;
Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people- related strategy and execution;
Partner with managers to review the current employee and provide solutions to optimize costs and resources for the company that will support the strategic growth of a business;
Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues;
Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must to Have:
Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows;
At least 2 years of experience as a HRBP;
Bachelor&039;s degree in HR or related field;
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills;
Nice to have:
Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws;
