Human Resources Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply fully with labor laws and company policies.
- Compensation Management: Ensure a fair, accurate, and competitive compensation system that reflects each employee&039;s job value, while also constructing enticing compensation policies tailored for each position.
- Building HR Capability Framework: Establish and maintain competency standards, KPIs, and a fair and measurable performance evaluation system.
- Cost- Effective HR Management: Optimize human resources, identify and implement cost- effective solutions while ensuring employee satisfaction.
- HR Strategy: Building and implementing effective mass recruitment programs to meet the company&039;s personnel needs by strategically developing and deploying them.

Requirements:
- Age between 30- 37, demonstrating youthfulness, dynamism, and an open mind.
- Proficiency in Performance Management Tools: Understanding and application of tools to determine and measure employee performance.
- Strong Knowledge of Labor Laws: Profound understanding of labor laws and related regulations.
- Cost- Effective HR Management: Ability to efficiently manage HR costs and optimize resources.
- HR Strategy Experience: Successful track record in establishing and executing HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
- 5+ years&039; of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business with 1000+ employees, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
- Ability to multi- task, organize, and prioritize work.
