Human Resources Executive

• Ensure the practices compliance with Vietnam policies and regulations
• Organize events and trainings to increase employee engagement in accordance with university policies
• Liaise with stakeholders and other HR teams.
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the Concept - payroll, leave management and benefits administration.
• Manage and handle appropriately queries from the employees
• Maintain an up-to-date computerized database of all employees
• Perform full cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process and offer negotiation
• Proceed welcome and exit procedures

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area
Experience
• Two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
Skills
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Well-versed with Microsoft office suite.
• Solid English written and verbal communication skills
• Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and HR Operations
• Proven knowledge of Vietnam labor laws.
