Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese local labor laws and regulations
• Performance management and employee relations, promoting a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
• Manage HR System
• Manage employee information
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Guide and support expatriates: Assist expatriates in preparing necessary documents for work permits, renewing work permits, and extending visas.
• Execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions
• Perform and Support onboarding and off- boarding plans

• Working with Foreigners, ideally in a multi- country or multi- cultural setting.
• To be able to resolve problems which in controlled duties and has to escalate to their supervisor once need assistance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
• Experienced in coaching 1:1 is a plus
• A passion for animals and a commitment to our mission of providing exceptional pet care
• 2- 3 Years of Experience in Human Resources role, focusing more on employee engagement, training
• Understanding of HR best practices, with a desire to break the mold and create something truly innovative
• Proactive and motivated, with the ability to tackle challenges head- on
• The ability to "get it" when we discuss ideas, focus, and ethos- in other words, you&039;re on the same wavelength as us.
• Good English skills
