BASIC FUNCTION:
The Human Resources Executive provides operational HR support across all core human resources functions, ensuring accurate administration, effective employee relations support, and compliance with company policies, brand standards, and employment legislation. The role supports the delivery of high- quality HR services to management and employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR databases.
Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, confirmations, and amendments.

Administer employee benefits, leave records, attendance, and timekeeping systems.
Support onboarding, induction, probation, and exit processes.
Prepare and verify HR data for payroll processing.
Ensure HR documentation complies with employment legislation and brand standards.
Support employee engagement activities and promote company culture and values.
Assist in handling employee relations matters under the guidance of HR management.
Coordinate training logistics, attendance records, and training documentation.

CRITERIA:
Qualifications:
HR certification or training is an advantage.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
Experience:
Basic understanding of employment legislation and HR processes.
1- 3 years&039; experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within a 5- star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
