Human Resources Executive

Recruitment (50%)

Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Support recruitment activities including proactively search and build candidate pool, screen resume and handle interview processes.

Internal Communication (30%)

Create consistent content for newsletters, intranet, and emails.
Support to organize internal events: birthdays, goal dinners, company trip, year end party...
Collect and address employee feedback, fostering two- way communication.

Other task as required (20%): to develop HR functions within the company and enhance professional skills.

Good command in English
No experience required.
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, prefer to use graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop)
Multi- tasking skills.
