Job Description
Human Resources Development scope:
Develop learning and development strategies to drive business success
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top- tier talents for the company
Represent the company internally and externally to build relationships with potential candidates
Develop engagement strategies to provide an employee- oriented, high- performance culture
Human Resources Operations Intern:
Organize, maintain, and optimize all HR operational systems
Develop and maintain competitive benefit package to enforce employee commitment
Report metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and employee satisfaction
Maintain all employee information and documents
Our Requirements
Majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, or related areas
Prior experience with recruitment, leadership, and management roles in clubs, student organizations, NGOs
Based in HCMC
Internship experience in related role is a plus
Able to commit at least 6 months
IELTS at least 7.0 or above
