Human Resources Intern

Answer telephone calls and provide needed information;
Monitoring and managing the social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed;
Create reports for senior management.
Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes;
Provide administrative support for HR executives;

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications, with Microsoft software applications and use of the Internet is a must;
Social media platforms management skill is considered advantage;
A minimum commitment of 3 full days per week.
High responsibility in work, good team work spirit;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to be flexible, work independently and be self- motivated;
Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally;
Currently undergraduate in their third or fourth year of degree level education. Have a passion for HR- Admin;
Proficiency in photography and designing software (PTS, AI, InDesign, Canva) is a big plus;
Proficiency in English or work experience in Marketing is a plus;
Ability to quickly learn and process information;

Up to: VND 4,000,000/month (Full time);
