Human Resources Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

Completing ad- hoc tasks as requested by the managements.
Participating in organizing company events / internal event / careers days.
Preparing HR- related reports as needed (annual leave record, monthly reports, etc).
Translating & designing posters for Internal communication.
Supporting for data collection & filing documents.

PERSONAL SPECS

Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Passion, hard- working, willing to learn, team oriented.
Open for 3rd – 4th year student in human resource/ business administration/ or marketing.
Internship duration: 6 months (Full time: Mon – Fri from 9am to 6pm).
High level of English written and spoken.
