Human Resources Intern (based in Bien Hoa)

Working Location:

AkzoNobel Vietnam- Lot 107, Amata Industrial Zone, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City. (Daily shuttle bus from HCMC)

Scope:

ISC HRBP Support:

Execute and monitor engagement activities for factories (including happy moments, factory visits, celebrations, talks etc.).
Visualize people updates in site information channels.
Logistics preparation and follow up on training & development activities (systemize & consolidate training data, Job description for Skill matrix).

Values program

Lead the e- recognition activities including app development, test performance and data collection for the app.
Other tasks assigned by respective managers.
Lead the communication and execution of Embed Values activities, including posters/video clips, campaigns design and printing.

• Third- year/ Final year student for a Bachelor’s Degree or fresh graduates.• Working place: Amata, Dong Nai province• Great passion in professional career development and hunger to learn• Creative, hi- tech and good at digital tools (Canva, flipbook, design, etc.)• Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork & achievement orientation; bright & creative minds & up for challenges• High sense of responsibility and discipline• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken) and Microsoft Office.• Able to work fulltime for 6 months term. We can support day- off for school assignments.
