Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES (”HR”) Manager. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role, you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements for this role.
Your responsible for tasks related to HR section including:
• Assisting in development and implementation of HR policies;
• Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise;
• Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities;
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions;
• Maintaining employees’ files and records in electronic and paper forms;
• Maintaining compliance with laws and regulations;
• Organizing annual employees’ performance reviews;

What you are good at:
• At least 3 years of HR management experience preferred;
• Experience in IT industry recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or equivalent;
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations; and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
