Human Resources Manager

Assess training needs, apply, and monitor training programs.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 8 years experience as HRBP or HR Manager role at FMCG/Retail/services environment at national level.
Solid experience in HR functions including recruitment, compensation, training, employee relations, manpower planning, and performance evaluation, etc.
In- depth knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, PIT, and HR best practices.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
People- oriented and results- driven.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
