JOB BRIEF:
Conduct and re-design job to ensure efficient utilization of manpower
Expedite recruitment of management staff
Be responsible for work permit application and visa extension for overseas hired employees.
Conduct research on market trends and practice, and advise management and group on necessary review (e.g. Annual Salary Review or Periodic Review if necessary).
Prepare yearly payroll and related expenses budget and exercise close control on payroll and related expenses....
Update and advise management on employment and related legislation requirements and ensure compliance.
Devise succession planning for the Hotel for future development and expansion.
Overseas the recruitment progress and procedures of the Hotel to ensure that qualified candidates can be attracted to cope with the continuous upgrading program.
Manpower Planning and Control
Fix terms and conditions of employment for each level of staff according to Hotel policy.
Prepare yearly manpower budgets.
Forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs.
Maintain and update and complete set of job descriptions and job specifications for each position in the Hotel
Fix salary on appointment, transfer, and promotion.
Salary Administration and Control Conduct job evaluation for fixing salary scales

Having 3 to 5 years of working experience at 4, 5 star hotels/resorts at the concerned position.

Good Knowledge of hotel operation and personnel practices and procedures. Good command of verbal and written English and Vietnamese.
