Human Resources Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an HR Manager ($1700, ID13788)

• Control all operations involving the organization's administration and human resources
• In charge of organizing, creating, and putting HR strategies, processes, and best practices into practice, including hiring, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal management, training and development, and employee interaction to meet company objectives.
• Creating and putting into practice a talent acquisition and recruitment plan and an employer branding strategy.
• in charge of legal processes involving employees' human resources
• HR procedures should be developed and updated.
• Creating and implementing a KPI-driven HR strategy management approach
• Composing, amending, and publishing personnel regimes and rules
• Overseeing and creating internal HR reports
• Further assignments made by the general manager

• Male | Female (preferred); Age: 32 - 40 
• Graduated from University with a major in business administration / labor management, or a similar discipline
• Having three years of experience in the same role at FDI manufacturing companies
• English skill: Intermediate level
• Can use Fast Software
