HR Strategy & Organization Development
Build and maintain a strong, scalable HR framework to support sustainable organizational development.
Develop and implement a high- quality human resource management system aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
Design organizational structure, define functions and responsibilities, and plan for succession and leadership development based on business growth strategies.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with approved manpower planning.
Lead recruitment planning and oversee the full recruitment cycle.
Research labor market trends and propose appropriate compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
Policy & Process Management
Lead the development and continuous optimization of HR policies, procedures, templates, and checklists to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Ensure all HR practices are legally compliant and mitigate legal risks in labor relations.
Learning & Development
Propose and implement talent development initiatives that align with the company’s culture and vision.
Organize internal and external training programs across departments and business units.
Develop and execute training plans to improve employee competency and service quality.
Culture & Employer Branding
Organize employee engagement and development programs that enhance organizational belonging and performance.
Lead employer branding and talent attraction activities to strengthen the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Drive initiatives that promote corporate culture, vision, mission, and core values.
HR Advisory & Team Management
Provide expert HR advice and support to all departments on human capital strategy and operational matters.
Work Location: Costamigo Phan Thiết – Thuận Quý, Hàm Thuận Nam, Bình Thuận, Vietnam
Train and supervise the HR team, ensuring that HR operations are performed effectively and aligned with company strategy.
Monitor HR compliance across business units and maintain HR operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Hands- on experience in setting up HR systems and structures from the ground up.
Proven success in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a strategic mindset in workforce planning.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent HR leadership role, preferably in diversified industries (hospitality, trading, services).
Strong knowledge and practical experience in labor law, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and HR operations.
Age: 35–45; good health and professional appearance (minimum height: Male – 1m65; Female – 1m58).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective training and development programs.
