Human Resources Manager

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
Build a strong employer brand through recruitment marketing and outreach campaigns
Oversee job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection processes
Develop and manage end- to- end recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Employee Benefits Improvement:

Gather employee feedback to identify areas for benefits enhancement
Negotiate with vendors and providers to secure optimal plans and rates
Evaluate and improve employee benefits programs (health insurance, wellness, PTO, etc.)
Benchmark benefits against industry standards to remain competitive in the market
Communicate benefits programs clearly to all employees and support utilization

Training & Development:

Design and implement onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and leadership development
Assess training needs across departments and develop learning programs accordingly
Encourage a learning culture that supports employee growth and performance
Track training outcomes and adjust programs for effectiveness

Company Culture & Employee Engagement:

Serve as a trusted resource for employees and advocate for a positive work environment
Promote and reinforce the company&039;s mission, values, and culture across the organization
Lead employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs
Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies
Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback tools, and drive improvements

Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment, benefits, training, and culture
HR certification (e.g., SHRM- CP, SHRM- SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred
Proven experience designing and implementing employee development and engagement programs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
