HR Strategy & Leadership Support
The HR Manager supports in executing the organization’s people strategy by managing day- to- day HR operations and leading key HR programs. The role ensures consistent application of HR policies, legal compliance, Colleague engagement, and effective talent management across the organization. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between leadership, managers, and Colleagues to foster a high- performance and positive workplace culture.
Provide data- driven insights, reports, and recommendations to the Head of HR
Support the Head of HR to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Translate organizational goals into practical HR initiatives and action plans
Support change management and organizational development initiatives
Talent & Workforce Planning
Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth Colleague integration
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and budgeting
Colleague Relations & Engagement
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
Promote Colleague engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
Serve as the primary point of contact for Colleague relations matters
Advise managers on performance issues, behavioral concerns, and corrective actions
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
Performance Management & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans
Manage performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination
Monitor market trends and internal equity
Coordinate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Oversee benefits administration including insurance, leave, and wellness programs
Support salary reviews, incentives, and reward programs
HR Compliance & Policy Management
Maintain and update Colleague handbooks, HR policies, and SOPs
Support audits and inspections related to HR and labor compliance
Ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical HR practices
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
HR Operations & Systems
Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and Colleague experience
Manage vendor relationships (recruitment agencies, training providers, benefits vendors)
Oversee HRIS, Colleague records, documentation, and reporting
Track HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, recruitment timelines, and engagement scores
Other tasks as required by direct manager

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and people management practices
Experience working closely with senior HR leadership or HR Heads
Strong organizational and decision- making abilities.
5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict- resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
