SUMMARY
Palfinger Marine Vietnam is looking for a qualified candidate for the Human Resources Manager position. The ideal candidate who well manages the HR operational task together with the workforce management. Furthermore, the position will serve as a key liaison between the Marine business segment and the HR function, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with the overall business objectives. He/she is expected to act as an HRBP for providing strategic HR support and guidance to Marine business within Vietnam, aligned with Vietnam country Manager in horizontal management, and report to APAC Regional HR in vertical line management.The selected candidate can onboard after the Lunar New Year
JOB PURPOSE
- Execute global and regional HR strategy at a location and add a local strategy within this framework
- Responsible for local HR performance
- Implement local specific HR initiatives within the given global frame
MAIN DUTIES
- Project lead of country- projects (eg BV A) managed locally/regionally
- Partner with stakerholders to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational growth in PMV.
- Support and consult regional HR management team on overall topics and framework
- Being at the table: involving in stakeholder meetings,building a strong relationship with stakeholders, networking
- Drive the talent acquisition process, partnering with recruitment teams to attract, assess, and select right people (incl. direct & indirect labor) , boost onboarding employee experience and maintain high level of motivation with stakerholdders.
- Explaining and ensuring application of standards (optionally together with Experts), stay updated on HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
- Handle HR related operations tasks.
- Lead change management initiatives with key stakeholders to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth implementation of HR programs in PMV.
- Understanding the business and observe HR- relevant issues, pro- active proposal and initiation of HR- activities. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address to key stakerholders.
- Acting as an internal consultant for individual, team and organizational issues, from H2R. Provide coaching and guidance to local managers on a range of HR matters including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning etc.
- Execute the global HR strategy at the location and comply with global guidelines and standard processes, explain HR relevant processes, provide standards, guidelines and service & solutions.
