In accordance with the company’s overall business strategies, build, implement and maintain Human Resources systems, policies, etc., to ensure an adequate quality talent supply for the current and future business development needs. According to the state and local safety and environment legal requirements, establish, implement and maintain the company’s EHS systems to ensure the operations comply with all legal and customer’s requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a close working relationship with all interface partners including government and local HR networking contacts.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Plant Management.
Act as a HR Business Partner to advise managers on all aspects of personnel management including C&B system, recruitment, performance management, training, talent development, talent retain and employee relationship.
Maintain the EHR system, and solve the system problems in the daily operations and submit the new requests to the supplier and implement the debug the new requests.
Be familiar with the state and local C&B policies and rules. Bring forward any non-conformity.
Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process including the administration of the CIP program.
Manage talent recruitment planning to ensure quality manpower supply.
Handle the social security and housing fund’s in and out, and PIT payment in a timely manner.
Manage/Advise corporate on offsite company offices, pesonnel,etc.
Lead and supervise the routine admin and recruitment work in the HR department. Act as a parallel dialogue channel between the front-line supervisors, employees and the HR department. Participate the employee relationship improvement project and provide training support.
Advise and implement the talent management processes, competence profiles and relevant training and development programs in alignment with global and local HR processes.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and other State and Local laws and regulations
Develop and implement HR strategies/policies in accordance with the company’s overall business needs.
Supervise work in company safety, environmental and health related areas.
Be responsible for correct data submissions, in a timely manner, and lead the team to conduct the necessary audits/communication with other Summit Plants, the customers and the suppliers.
Answer and communicate employees’question about compensation and benefit.
Be responsable for filling in the attendance and salary reports.
Follow the quality and environmental system management rules.
Support other department, provide related C&B data.
Be the Management Representative of The Environmental System.
Responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of C&B system in compliance with applicable HR laws/regulations and to ensure competitive strength. Support and enforce the company process for annual performance reviews including salaries.
Develop, implement and improve employee relationship facilitation programs to build a harmonizing and engaging culture whose main purpose is focused on employee caring, employee communication, employee motivation and employee retention.
Participate the C&B analysis, including leading local salary survey.
Be responsible for the correct calculation and on-time payment of attendance, leave, salary, allowance, bonus.
