Human Resources Manager

Propose manning budget according to the Management requirement.
Support operations and assists in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals
Handle the staff movement process including new hired, promoted, resigned.
Proceed and ensure the implementation of staff benefits on the Group / Life insurance, provident fund, and social security.
Supervise all licenses and contracts with the governmental department in order to extend and register any hotel licenses.
Participate in interviewing, selecting, training, appraising, coaching, counseling, and giving disciplines departmental staff according to company standards
Perform other duties as assigned by Resort Manager.
Address employee relations matters responds timely to staff
Prepare and supervise the performance appraisal reviews - Mid Year Talk and yearly performance appraisal.
Implement guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate direction
Measure staff satisfaction through surveys, round tables, and one-on-ones with team members, exit interviews.
Develop a recruitment/selection strategy and mobility process
Implement Employee Relations activities including charitable, welfare campaigns, sports activities.
In charge of payroll, benefits, legal compliance, and employment law

Good at Excel formula
Good communication and leadership skill.
Passion in the HR/Hospitality industry
Fluent in English
At least 5 years of experience in HR.
Confident to deal and face with a hard situation in Covid 19.
Hardworking, enthusiastic, creative, and responsible.
